M\u00e9todos: o estudo com delineamento longitudinal, teve sua primeira fase no ano de 2002, seguidos em 2003, 2004 e 2005, e a segunda fase ser\u00e1 em 2016. para tanto, cerca de 280 adultos jovens, na faixa et\u00e1ria entre 21 e 25 anos, de ambos os sexos ser\u00e3o recrutados. Medidas antropom\u00e9tricas de massa corporal, estatura, espessuras de dobras cut\u00e2neas e circunfer\u00eancia de cintura ser\u00e3o obtidas e o \u00edndice de massa corporal (IMC) e a gordura corporal relativa ser\u00e3o calculados. Uma bateria de testes motores ser\u00e1 aplicada: teste de sentar e alcan\u00e7ar; teste de resist\u00eancia\/for\u00e7a abdominal; teste de salto horizontal; teste de preens\u00e3o manual; teste de corrida\/caminhada de 12 minutos; e testes laboratoriais com dinam\u00f4metro isocin\u00e9tico para for\u00e7a muscular e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o direta do consumo m\u00e1ximo de oxig\u00eanio em esteira. An\u00e1lises bioqu\u00edmicas ser\u00e3o pelas taxas de lipidograma, glicemia de jejum, enzimas inflamat\u00f3rias e par\u00e2metros do estresse oxidativo. A press\u00e3o arterial ser\u00e1 avaliada com aparelho digital e a densidade mineral \u00f3ssea ser\u00e1 obtida pelo Dxa. Ademais, vari\u00e1veis comportamentais ser\u00e3o obtidas, sendo que o n\u00edvel de atividade f\u00edsica e o comportamento sedent\u00e1rio ser\u00e3o pelo m\u00e9todo de acelerometria e a pr\u00e1tica de esportes, h\u00e1bitos alimentares, consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas, tabaco e drogas il\u00edcitas, horas de sono\/sa\u00fade e informa\u00e7\u00f5es sociodemogr\u00e1ficas ser\u00e3o levantadas por meio de question\u00e1rios. O teste qui-quadrado ser\u00e1 empregado para verificar as associa\u00e7\u00f5es entre as vari\u00e1veis no per\u00edodo da inf\u00e2ncia e adolesc\u00eancia com desfecho na idade adulta e a magnitude das associa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o verificadas pela regress\u00e3o log\u00edstica m\u00faltipla, bruta e ajustada, com valores de risco relativo e seus respectivos intervalos de confian\u00e7a (IC95%) e a signific\u00e2ncia adotada ser\u00e1 de 5%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Artigos<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BATISTA, M.
